Product Description

Alloy 600 is an excellent candidate for many uses in extremely high temperature and highly corrosive environments. The blend of nickel and chromium yields a solid resistance to oxidation in operating temperatures. These temperatures can range from cryogenic to scorching levels of 2,000°F. The high nickel content of alloy 400 also offers a nearly-complete resistance to stress corrosion cracking, which is commonly found in chloride environments.

It is important to note that the chromium portion of the alloy's chemical profile makes it possible for the grade to withstand high temperatures. The finer grain structure of the cold finished tube, additionally, brings better corrosion resistance, which includes higher fatigue and impact strength values.

Product Parameters

Alloy 825, often referred to as Incoloy 825 (where Incoloy is a trademark of Special Metals Corp), is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with additions of molybdenum, copper and titanium (NiCr21Mo), supplied in the hot worked and annealed condition. It achieves good mechanical properties from cryogenic to medium-high temperatures (540C) and can be significantly strengthened through cold working.

The high nickel content ensures resistance to stress corrosion cracking, combined with molybdenum and copper to strongly resist reducing environments such as sulphuric and phosphoric acids, chromium to resist oxidising environments such as titanium to inhibit intergranular corrosion, and overall resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion.

We have approvals of ISO9001:2015,ISO14001:2015,ISO45001:2018, BV Ocean& Offshore Ship Classification Societies, GOST, TUV, PED AD2000 etc.
And will get ABS/NORSOK/DNV/CU-TR(EAC) soon.

What is your delivery time?

It mainly depends on your demanded volume and material grade. The time of delivery is usually around0.5- 1 month(1*40HT as usual).
We can send it out in 5 days if it has stock.

What is your payment terms?

Our usual payment term is 30% deposit and the rest against B/L. L/C is also acceptable. And the shipping terms are EXW,FOB, CFR,CIF.Whichever you like.
